Water & Plumbing
Do I need a water connection?
Most Jetinno commercial coffee machines connect to a standard mains water supply. If your site doesn’t have direct water access, we can recommend a suitable tank-fed option.
Power Setup
What power do I need?
Most models run on standard Australian 240V power. For higher-capacity machines, we’ll confirm the required power setup before installation.
Milk Systems
Do I need a milk fridge?
If you’re serving milk-based coffees, yes. Milk should remain chilled between 2–6°C. We supply matching milk fridges for Jetinno machines.
Installation Questions
How long does installation take?
Most installations take around 1–2 hours depending on the model and site setup. We test the machine, run the first drinks and show your team how to operate and clean it.
How much space do I need?
Each model varies, but we generally recommend leaving space around the sides and rear for airflow, cleaning and servicing access.
What kind of water works best?
Clean, soft filtered water helps protect your machine and improves coffee quality. We can recommend filtration if required.
After Installation
What happens after installation?
Jetinno Australia provides local support, access to consumables, spare parts and service guidance to keep your machine running properly.
Do you offer finance?
