Jetinno Australia Returns & Warranty Policy
Jetinno Australia upholds a Returns and Warranty Policy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.
Products supplied by Jetinno Australia come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure, and for failures not considered major, we will offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy. The nature of the remedy will be determined based on the extent of the failure.
Warranty Coverage

New Domestic Espresso Machines & Grinders:
12-month Return to Base (RTB) parts warranty. -
New Commercial Espresso Machines & Grinders:
12-month RTB parts warranty and a 3-month labour warranty. -
Used (Second-Hand) Commercial Machines & Grinders:
3-month RTB parts and labour warranty. -
Accessories & Equipment:
Warranty coverage is as per the original manufacturer’s terms.
For issues not classified as major, Jetinno Australia reserves the right to select the most suitable remedy—this may include repair, replacement, or an equivalent solution.
Timeframes and Flexibility
While your consumer rights are not limited by time, the availability of remedies may depend on the product’s nature, value, and usage. We aim to take a flexible and fair approach to each claim.
Liability Limitation

Replacement, repair, equivalent supply, or reimbursement of reasonable costs. -
Services:
Re-supply of services or reimbursement of reasonable costs.
Warranty is transferable to a new owner if Jetinno Australia is notified within 14 days of the transfer. A copy of the original invoice is required for all warranty claims. This policy applies to purchases within Australia only.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase—such as a receipt—is required for all warranty claims. If this cannot be provided, we reserve the right to decline the return or remedy.
